The Jurassic Outpost

26th JUNE 2016: Busy times! For just on a year now, we have been slowly developing a brand new logo, website and overall identity for an ultimate reasource covering all things Jurassic. This fun project was for fellows at Jurassic Outpost, previously known as JurassicWorld.org.

Along with this rebrand, we also looked at the refresh of the JurassicWorld.org podcast, now known as "InGeneral: The Jurassic Outpost Podcast" and the creation of Jurassic Forums - a place where Jurassic fans from all walks of life can converse and chat about the Jurassic Franchise. Good times!

Spencertoons: New Website

4th JANUARY 2016: Happy New Year all! I thought I'd kick off the new year with a quick share of a site I've been working on for the past little while. A friend of mine (Josh Spencer) is a caricaturist and illustrator based in Sydney. Feel free to hit him up - his stuff is gold. joshspencer.com.au

The Darkness in Sydney

16th NOVEMBER 2015: I headed in to the Enmore Theatre to see "The Darkness" on Friday night - it was indeed an amazing show. It was loud, fast and a heap of fun.

When I awoke on Saturday morning, I discovered that other fans of rock also ventured out on Friday evening - only to not come home. My thoughts are with those affected by the evil in Paris. My thoughts are also with those who didn't get the same coverage in other countries that have had awful events occur recently also - including Beirut, and the already war-torn Syria.

I have not yet changed my profile photo to have a flag overlay, nor will I in the future, as it would mean a new profile shot on a weekly basis. My thoughts are definitely with all who have lost their lives, but I feel shrouding our faces with flags only promotes the idea that we should all be taking sides in a world where we should be unifed. #TheDarkness #FindTheLight

Rick's Bag! [The Walking Dead]

13th SEPTEMBER 2015: I thought I'd quickly share my recent geek purchase - an official Rick Grimes Sheriff bag. As this bag appears to be one of the longest surviving members on this entire show, I had to buy it. Despite being some typical TV show merch, it's actually quite durable. Cause, you know, zombies.

Whoa.

19th JUNE 2015: Well, it has been quite an eventful and busy month. A quick breakdown: Helping to move house, Jurassic World, bush walking, bush drving, Jurassic World, drinking tea and JURASSIC WORLD. What a freaking fun film. Have only had two chances to see it so far but there is a strong chance Mel and I are seeing it again tomorrow. Updates to come!

Re-share: "Jurassic World Survivor"

20TH MAY 2015: *heavy breathing* With there being less than a month to go for the release of Jurassic World, I thought I would quickly reshare the (very) little game I created at the end of last year. (It's a driving platformer that utilises vehicles I felt may make an appearance in the film). Enjoy!

Jenolan Caves

22nd APRIL 2015: Took a quick day trip with the family to Australia's Jenolan Caves on Sunday. Considering the intense weather situtation NSW is experiencing right now, I feel quite lucky that we had perfect weather for our trip.
